Location close enough to Hartlepool for a training course for 9 days, and the garden. For shots visit Marine Hotel Restaurant, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the property. The breakfasts for my gluten free diet.

I was utterly dismayed at the room size. It reminded me of a closet. Woudl ve been nice to not have my personal items shoved away during cleaning. And don't even get me started on the sausages, inedible. At this point, a complimentary breakfast would've been the least they could do to make up for it. I almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't.

The breakfasts here are really good, with a range of options including delicious dairy-free alternatives. The location right across from the beachfront makes it a prime spot for quick jaunts to the sea.
Room sizes can be on the small side, which might feel crammed for longer stays. The bathrooms, while clean, are compact. I noticed some inconsistency with Wi-Fi strength, which could be annoying if you need to stay connected. Parking can turn into a hassle during peak periods, so plan your arrivals accordingly.

Couples looking for a comfortable retreat
Lee's breakfasts were very nice. He even went out of his way to accommodate our late breakfast request on our last day.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly worth it.
